Learning Accommodations refer to anything above and beyond what Circuit Stream already provides for students. The resources currently provided are:

  • Lifetime access to all course materials and recordings of Live Sessions

  • Live support via instructor Office Hours, open to current students and Alumni

  • Offline support and engagement via our Slack XR Community

  • 1:1s for students who purchase a PLUS Pack.

Examples of accommodations could include extending 1:1s or taking a course twice.

Conditions: A student requesting accommodations must do so as part of the registration process, before confirming their enrollment in the course. Although students are not necessarily obligated to disclose any medical conditions, this is a requirement for those seeking accommodations.

Students must provide the appropriate medical documentation for consideration - self-diagnosis is not an acceptable form of proof.

Students who choose not to complete the Learning Accommodations Form for evaluation as part of their course registration will not have the option to do so once their course is underway.

Please note that Learning Accommodations depend on Circuit Stream's available resources. Students who request accommodations with adequate medical documentation could still be denied them if Circuit Stream does not have the proper structure to provide the accommodations. We are always in the process of improving our support systems, but want to make sure that our students are set up for success before enrolling in the course.

Learning Accommodations Request Procedure: Please request your Learning Accommodations by filling out this form, as part of your Registration. Please allow 1-2 business days for the request to be processed. We will then contact you with the result of the Learning Accommodations request.
